Automated LN₂ Fill Control with Precision Differential Pressure Sensing

The DP-LLC series (models 30 & 100) are purpose-built for cryogenic LN₂ storage systems, offering reliable, automated fill solenoid control using differential pressure for level sensing.   Designed for lab, industrial, and biomedical environments, these controllers ensure safe, efficient liquid nitrogen management, featuring active alarms and intuitive user interfaces.

⚙️ Core Functions

  • Automated Fill Control
    Activates fill solenoid when LN₂ level drops below user-defined low setpoint
    Stops fill when high setpoint is reached.

  • Differential Pressure-Based Level Sensing
    Measures LN₂ level via pressure differential between tank and atmosphere
    Supports ranges up to 29″ (DP-LLC_30) or 100″ (DP-LLC_100)

  • Solenoid Valves: 24VDC Solenoid Valve (FILL)

  • Alarm Management

    • Low-Level Alarm: Triggers if level remains below setpoint for 7 minutes (user adjustable)

    • High-Level Alarm: Activates if level exceeds high setpoint for 2 minutes (user adjustable)

    • Source Alarm: Alerts if fill fails to reach high level within 2 hours (user adjustable)

  • Global Remote Alarm Contacts
    Dry contact outputs (NO/NC) for integration with external alert systems

  • Analog Output for Remote Monitoring
    0–5VDC signal proportional to LN₂ level.
